摘要
目的建立尿素乳膏的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法以甲醇为溶剂,超声提取,冰浴,过滤,制备供试品。色谱柱为Kromasil 100-NH2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:水(98∶2),检测波长190 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果尿素乳膏在0.375~3.75 mg/m L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 98;平均回收率为99.6%(n=9,RSD=0.78%)。结论此方法操作简便、快速准确,可用于尿素乳膏的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of urea in compound urea cream. METHODS Urea was extract by methanol with ultrasonic extraction,ice bathing,filtered. The chromatographic column was Kromasil 100-NH2( 250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),Acetonitrile-water( 90 ∶2) was used as solvents. RESULTS There was a good linearity in the range of 0.375-3.75 mg / m L( r = 0.999 98). The average recovery was 100.3%,with RSD = 1.13%. CONCLUSION The method was simple,fast and accurate for the quality control of compound urea cream.
