基层社区利用健康档案对辖区内高血压患者用药情况的统计与点评

Statistics and Comments about Drug Application Situations of Hypertension Patients within Jurisdiction of Basic Community according to Health Documents

目的对辖区内高血压患者的用药情况进行统计与分析,对用药不合理情况进行点评,为今后医生的合理用药提供参考。方法查取辖区内列为高血压管理的居民健康档案的用药记录,依据《中国高血压防治指南》、《新编药物学》和相关说明书对其用药情况进行分析和点评。结果共查取4 005份档案,发现不合理用药共82例,占2.05%。不合理用药的现象包括:用法用量不当、品种选择不当、联用不合理、和重复用药等,其中又以药品选择不当和联用不合理为主,分别占34.1%和42.7%。结论该辖区高血压患者用药基本合理,但仍存在选药不当和联用不当等问题,有待改善。

OBJECTIVE To analysis the drug application situation for the hypertension patients and to comment on the irrational drug application situation within the jurisdiction,so as to provide reference for standard drug application in the future. METHODS The drug application situation of the hypertension patients was checked through the resident health document. The drug application situation was analyzed and commented according to＂The Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China＂and＂New Materia Medica＂. RESULTS 4 005 files had been checked,and 82（ 2.05%） irrational drug application cases had been found out.The main irrational situation of those cases included： incorrect dosage of drugs,unreasonable choice of drugs,undesirable combination of drugs,and the repeat medication of the same drug,etc. Among those situations,unreasonable choice of drugs and undesirable combination of drugs accounted for 34.1% and 42.7% which were the main problems. CONCLUSION Drug application situation is mainly rational for most of the hypertension patients within the jurisdiction of the community. But the unreasonable choice of drugs and undesirable combination of drugs etc problems are existing,need to be corrected.
