玻璃酸钠联合臭氧治疗膝骨关节炎疗效分析

Therapeutic offect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone for knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合臭氧治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法将膝骨关节炎患者150例通过关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠及臭氧进行治疗。疗程结束后评定疗效。结果经过5个月的治疗,150例患者治疗后VSA评分较治疗前显著降低,有统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠联合臭氧注射是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone for knee osteoarthritis treatment. Methods 150 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients, all the patients were treated with odium hyaluronate combined with ozone. The therapeutic effct was evaluated after one treatment course. Results Afete 5months treatments, the visual analogue scale （VAS） of 150 patients significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）, dfference was statistically significant. Conclusions odium hyaluronate combined with ozone is an effective method in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint.
