脑白质疏松症的危险因素研究进展

脑白质疏松症(leukoaraiosis,LA)是一个神经影像学术语,临床上导致认知功能障碍和步态异常,最终导致持久性或进展性认知与神经功能障碍,严重影响患者的日常生活。及早发现LA,明确LA危险因素,给予早期干预,可能有助于提高此类患者未来的生活质量。文章就LA的危险因素研究进展予以综述。

Leukoaraiosis is a kind of brain white matter damage diagnosed by nerve imaging terminology, which clinically causes cognitive dysfunction and abnormal gait, eventually leads to persistent or progressive cognitive and neural dysfunction, seriously affects patients＇ daily life. Early detection ,finding risk factors and intervention of LA, may help improve the life quality of patients in the future. This article was reviewed about the progress of risk factors for LA.
