兴达集团创新保护策略研究——基于专利动机视角

Case study on the Means of Innovation Protections of Xingda Group——Based on the Motives of Patent

与欧美先进厂商相比,中国制造企业核心竞争力体现在包括技术二次创新、运营模式创新等在内的多元化创新和独特的专业互补性资产等方面。无锡兴达集团是由苏南乡镇企业一步步成长起来的国内EPS龙头企业,通过专利动机调查,基于PFI思想,指出其创新保护模式以机密保护为主,在弱独占性制度下,主要依靠互补性资产一体化获利。而专利作为正式独占性制度,基于政策获取动机和未来开放式创新的战略储备,仍受到企业高度重视。

Compared with incumbent firms in Europe and USA ,the core capabilities of Chinese manufacturing enterprise are multi-innovation including secondary technological innovation ,business model innovation as w ell as specialized com‐plementary assets .The case is studied on Wuxi Xingda Group ,which has now grown into prime leader of EPS industry from tow nship Enterprise in south Jiangsu .According to PFI ,a survey on the motives of patent is conducted w hich show s that the strategy on innovation secret protection is mainly affected by the innovative types .Under the weak appriopriability regime ,the firm profits from integrating the complementary assets ,w hich can changes appropriability regime endogenous‐ly .Patents may be of less value than secrecy for innovative firms ,however ,it is attached greater importance as to the pol‐icy capture motive and preparing for open innovation .
