二氧化钛-表面活性剂处理甲基橙的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了二氧化钛光催化剂,考察了水、无水乙醇、冰醋酸、水浴温度、体系pH值等因素对凝胶质量的影响;考察了CTAB的包覆量对光催化活性的影响;同时以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了光催化剂的投加量、光照时间、甲基橙质量浓度等因素对光催化活性的影响.实验结果表明,当钛酸丁酯∶无水乙醇∶冰醋酸∶水的比例为3∶5∶0.3∶0.5,水浴温度为40℃,pH值为2~3时,催化剂的凝胶质量最好;在光催化剂的投加量为0.05 g的二氧化钛包覆0.0025 g的CTAB,光照时间为8 h,甲基橙质量浓度为10 mg∕L时,光催化效率最高. In this paper, the titanium dioxide photocatalyst was synthesized by the sol-gel method.The influence of water, ethanol, acetic acid, water bath temperature, system pH value and other factors on gel quality was investigated.And the effect of CTAB coating on the photocatalytic activity was investigated.At the same time, with the methyl orange as the objective degradation products, the effect of the photocatalytic activity of photocatalyst dos-age, exposure time, the methyl orange concentration and other factors on the photocatalytic activity was investigated.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of tetrabutyl ti-tanate, ethanol, acetic acid, water ratio was 3∶5∶0.3∶0.5, the water bath temperature was 40℃and the pH value was 2 to 3, the catalyst gel had the best quality.When the photocata-lyst dosage was 0.05 g, the titanium dioxide coated 0.002 5 g of CTAB, the illumination time was 8 h, and the methyl orange concentration was 10 mg /L, the photocatalytic effi-ciency was highest.
