侧方加压充填技术和氯仿软化牙胶尖充填技术根尖封闭能力的比较

The comparison of the apical sealing ability between lateral condensed obstaration technique and chloroform-softcned GP technique

目的 比较侧方加压充填技术与氯仿软化牙胶尖充填技术的根尖封闭能力。方法 选取 40个下颌单根管前磨牙作为研究对象 ,A组 2 0个采用侧方加压技术进行充填 ,B组 2 0个采用氯仿软化牙胶尖充填技术。采用染色法比较根尖封闭能力。结果 A组与B组的根尖封闭能力无显著性差异。

Objective The study is to compare the sealing ability between lateral condensed obturation technique and chloroform-softened GP technique. Methods Human mandibular premolars with single, straight canals were obturated with lateral condensed technique and chloroform-softened technique. The microleakage was determined by stained technique with India Ink. Results There was no significant difference between the lateral condensed technique and chloroform-softened GP technique. Conclusion The chloroform-softened GP technique can not improve the apical sealing ability.
