如何从公共服务的层面保障均等化,作为公共文化服务机构的图书馆具有义不容辞的责任。笔者以图书馆都市型现代农业特色资源均等化服务体系建设的内涵、作用为研究起点,对图书馆都市型现代农业特色资源在采集、加工中存在的现状进行分析,提出图书馆都市型现代农业特色资源采集策略,探索都市型现代农业特色资源均等化服务体系建设的路径。
