Analysis of the Intellectual Property Protection in Cloud Computing Environment

目前云计算正逐步被人们熟知并广泛应用,使人们能够更加便捷地获取信息。但是这种便利也引起了人们对于云端的知识产权保护的广泛关注。针对云计算环境中数据的虚拟性、知识产权主体难以确定等特点,探讨了知识产权保护面临的问题,并提出了一些解决途径。

Cloud computing is gradually known and widely used, which makes it easier for people to obtain information. But this convenience also has attracted wide attention of the protection of intellectual property in the cloud. Based on the characteristics of data and the intellectual property under cloud computing environment, the problems that pro- tection of intellectual property faced with are discussed, and some solutions are proposed as well.
