一线部门作为图书馆的窗口,是图书馆工作质量和服务质量的直接体现。由于工作环境及各种劳动强度下,一线部门的馆员逐渐出现工作散漫、心理不平衡,影响图书馆事业的发展。对沈阳6所高校图书馆一线部门进行走访、问卷调查,探讨图书馆一线部门的工作状态,存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,为高校图书馆的管理与发展起到一定的借鉴作用。
