摘要
针对目前图书馆文化服务过程中存在的经费紧张、文献服务能力偏低、高素质馆员人才流失、在职馆员安于现状、不思创新等普遍问题,文章认真深入地分析了造成这种现状的原因,并提出了在行政隶属性质不变的前提下推动图书馆发展的设想;分析了其实施的局限性,探讨了资源共享目标不变的背景下图书馆文化服务市场化运作思路的可行性、具体实施方略及需要注意的问题。
In front of the problem such as shortage of funds, low information service ability, brain drain of high-level librarian and librarian' s expectation of present situation maintaining during the library cultural service, careful and thor- ough analysis is taken to find the reasons which caused the present situation, and then some thoughts for promoting the development of library which is of administrative attribute are put forward. However, the limitations of these ideas obviously appeared. Therefore, maintaining the resource sharing goal, market operation mode of library cul- tural service is presented and then the feasibility, implementation strategy and matters which need attention are all carefully discussed.
