摘要
通过某钢厂90 t电弧炉底吹生产实践,可知底吹透气砖寿命能够达到550炉以上,90 t电弧炉投入使用后,全炉役平均冶炼周期缩短6.68 min,石灰消耗平均49.1 kg/t,比无底吹53 kg/t下降了3.9 kg/t;金属料消耗为1142.79 kg/t,比无底吹1 150.33 kg/t降低了7.54 kg/t。另外,90 t电弧炉采用底吹工艺操作后,电弧炉冶炼更加安全顺行,大大减少了炉内喷溅情况的发生。
In the practice study of 90 t EAF, the life of permeable brick for bottom blowing can meet the requirements of the 550 furnaces. The average tap-to-tap time was 6.68 min shorter and the average consumption of lime dropped by 3.9 kg/t, which were 49.1 kg/t with bottom blowing process and 53 kg/t primordially. The consumption of metal charge dropped by 7.54 kg/t, which were 1 142.79 kg/t with bottom blowing process and 1 150.33 kg/t primordially. In addition, with the bottom blowing process adopted by 90 t EAF, the smelting process was safer and smoother. The splash in the furnace reduced greatly.
