摘要
介绍了某厚板连续式加热炉的热平衡测试,分析了加热炉在不同工况下的热效率、燃料的燃烬率,指出了厚板连续加热炉节能的手段和方向。以此为依据,对加热炉的燃料和燃烧状态进行了调整,使加热炉的单耗明显下降,取得了良好的节能效果。
This paper introduces the thermal equilibrium testing of continuous reheating furnace of heavy plate mill The thermal efficiency and the burnout rate are analyzed on the different condition of reheating furnace; the ways of energy saving of reheating furnace of heavy plate mill are also brought forward in this paper. On the base of the research, we improved the ratio of fuel and air so as to reduce the fuel consumption costs and have good economic effects.
