低碳铝镇静钢生产过程中CaS的行为研究

摘要 针对国内某厂生产的低碳铝镇静钢,通过在精炼及连铸工位进行系统取样,研究了CaS在生产过程中的行为变化,同时简要探讨了CaS的生成机理。结果表明:钢中硫含量对钙处理工艺有较大影响,铸坯中的CaS通过两种方式生成。 Based on the low-carbon A1 killed steel produced at a domestic steel plant, the behavior of CaS has been researched by means of systematic sampling at the process of refining and continuous casting. The formation mechanism of CaS was also discussed briefly. The results show that the sulfur content in steel has a greater effect on Ca treatment process. CaS forms by two ways.
