摘要
现代学徒制是在提高高职人才培养质量的职教理念下构建起来的人才培养模式。究其本质是一种深层的校企合作。它以满足企业用人需求、符合岗位资格标准为目标,以校企联合招生(招工)为切入点,以培养学生(学徒)的技术技能为核心,以课程为纽带,以旺工淡学、岗位轮替为形式,以政、校、行、企的深度参与和教师、师傅的联合传授为支撑。推行这种新型的职教制度必将促成"人才共培、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担"的紧密型校企合作长效机制的形成。
The modern apprenticeship is the talent-cultivating mode resulted from the quality improvement concept in higher vocational colleges. It is a profound cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It starts with the joint admission, satisfies the requirements of enterprises and posts. It takes the skill-training of students (apprentices) as the core, the courses as the bond, the post alteration as the form and is supported by the four-party (government, colleges, industries, enterprises) coordination and by the full involvement of the master-teacher joint coaching. Its implementation will facilitate the forrnation of a long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation to mutually "cultivate talents, manage process, share achievements and take responsibilities."
