高校哲学社会科学具有陶冶情操和塑成高尚品德、引领大学生价值取向、构建学校和谐人际关系等立德树人作用。但是高校哲学社会科学立德树人存在着哲学社会科学教育与自然科学教育融合度不够、哲学社会科学教育与思想政治课教育配合度不高、哲学社会科学立德树人的考量难以界定等缺陷,所以,必须要巩固马克思主义的指导地位,重视哲学社会科学意识形态属性;加强师德教风和使命感教育,重视哲学社会科学人才队伍建设;进行系统设计和战略性统筹,重视哲学社会科学铸德塑魂优势,推进高校哲学社会科学立德树人建设和发展。

Philosophy and social sciences in universities contains many functions, such as cultivating people＇ s temperament and cultivating human with noble characters, leading right value orientation for students, constructing the harmonious interpersonal relation- ship, and so on. However, there are many shortcomings on morality education and talents cultivation in philosophy and social sciences in university, such as low fusion degree between education of philosophy and social sciences and education of natural science, insuffi- cient cooperation between philosophy and social sciences, the ideological and political education, the difficulty in defining the measures of morality education and talents cultivation. We have to consolidate the guiding status of Marxism, pay more attention to attribute of philosophy and social sciences, reinforce education of teaching morality and sense of mission, attach importance to the construction of human resources for philosophy social sciences, perform system design and overall strategy, and treasure casting mold and soul by phi- losophy social sciences Finally it can advance the construction and development of philosophy and social sciences in universities.
