晚清自由观念的跨文化传播进路

An Advancing Pathway for the Intercultural Communication of the Idea of Liberty in Late Imperial China

"自由"作为近现代政治学重要观念,中土传播其来有自,已成为观念传播史的重要研究命题,对于"自由"观念的传播,言之者夥,而考辨阀如,致使学界民间皆理解失真,言说失意,本文以语汇源流、政治交往、传教士报刊三个维度,厘清并还原自由观念跨文化传播的历时性状况,同时对思想传播史中的观念交互现象以及相关文本问题进行了辨析考证,晚清自由观念的层累式传播模式,反映了特定思潮在异质文化语境中的传播路径,更体现出晚清社会政治文明冲突的历史本真。

The introduction of the idea of Liberty, which is frequently discussed but rarely textual criticized, is the most important component of the intercultural communication in Late Imperial China. This study clarifies and unfolds the diachronic situation on intercultural flowing of the idea of liberty, based on the following three aspects： the etymology changingthe political intercourse, and the missionary periodicals. Meanwhile, this study also analyzes the phenomenonof interacting ideas and the correlative text in the history of thought spread. The cumulative mode ,in which the idea of Liberty has been introduced, reflects that the special thought has the special communication pathway in the different cultural environment, and embodies the historical truth of the political civilization conflict in Late Imperial China.
