摘要
在媒介素养教育发展的过程中,众多学者、组织机构提出了不同的媒介素养理论框架一些理论框架以各类能力为主线,将过程串联起来;另一些则以过程为导向,将各类能力蕴藏于其中。新媒体技术时代的到来,要求媒介素养的内涵在过程和能力两方面实现新的提升。根据这一要求,我们可以构建一个新的理论框架——"媒介素养之塔",将媒介素养由低到高划分为媒介安全素养、媒介交互素养、媒介学习素养和媒介文化素养等四个层次,而每个层次的素养又包括知识、技能、能力和态度等四个学习目标。
During its development, different theoretical frameworks of media literacy have been proposed by many scholars and organizations. Some of them use competency as the main clue of connecting the procedures, others are process-oriented and with all kinds of competency hidden. With the arrival of the era of new media technology, media literacy requires improvement both in procedure and competency. In accordance with this request, we can build a "Tower of Media Literacy" which media literacy from low to high is divided into four levels: media security literacy, media communication literacy, media learning literacy and media cultural literacy; each level includes four learning goals: knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes.
