目的 对外伤龈下折断的前牙根进行牵引修复。方法 2 3个前牙龈下断根采用活动矫治器内包埋牵引钩 ,断根经根管治疗充填后放置牵引钩。结果 在温和、持久的牵引力的作用下 ,将断根牵出至理想的位置 ,达到修复前牙外形的目的。结论 临床医生应对龈下前牙断根的每个病例的牵引、修复、拔除 。

Objective Usually pull out the roots of preterior teeth which is subgingival fracture caused by outside wound. Then go on to repair with supplied teeth. The author make use of the subgingival fractured roots to repair preterior teeth. It can not only diminish the earlier absorb of interradicular septum because of lacking teeth but also relieve the patients' pains. Methods Twenty-three fractured roots were treated, with the flexible splint that invest the hook of traction. The fractured roots are tracted after plugging. Results With the help of mild and constant traction, draw out the fractured roots to an ideal position so as to repair the contour of preterior teeth. Conclusion Dentists should consider comprehensively to every case about fractured roots of preterior teeth which refers to the traction repair and extraction treatment.
