颌面颈部肿块彩色B超检查的诊断价值

The diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound technique in maxillofacial and neck tumors

目的 探讨彩色B超检查对颌面颈部肿块的诊断意义。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声仪对 175例颌面部和颈部肿块进行检测 ,回顾性分析其对各类肿块诊断符合率 ,并作统计学处理。结果 颌下、颈部肿块诊断符合率较腮腺区高 ,良性肿瘤和炎性肿块诊断符合率较恶性肿瘤高 ,总符合率达 80 %。

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound technique in diagnosing the maxillofacial and neck tumors.Methods 175 cases of maxillofacial and neck tumors were examined with color Doppler high frequency ultrasound technique,retrospectly analysized the diagnosis coincident rate of all kinds of tumors,then treated with statistics. Results The dignosis coinicident rate of submandible and neck tumors was higher than that of paratoid gland regions. The coincident rate of benign and inflammatory tumors was higher than that of malignant tumors. The total concident rate reached 80%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technique can be refered as routine examination ways of maxillofacial and neck soft tissue tumors.
