Vitapex糊剂充填根管的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Filling Root Canal with Vitapex Paste.

目的 观察Vitapex糊剂充填根管的疗效 ,探讨其最适宜的使用方法。方法 将 490例慢性根尖周炎随机分为 5组 ,A、B、C、D为实验组 ,使用Vitapex糊剂 ,分别用下列方法进行根充 :A组 ,一次法 ,加牙胶尖 ;B组 ,一次法 ,不加牙胶尖 ;C组 ,二次法 ,加牙胶尖 ;D组 ,二次法 ,不加牙胶尖。E为对照组 ,用常规根管充填剂加牙胶尖 ,二次法根充。结果 1年后复查 ,B组有效率显著低于其他各组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且A、B两组的治愈率低于另外三组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Vitapex是一种理想的根管充填材料 ,二次法根充。

Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the curative effect of filling root canal with Vitapex Paste and discuss the best methods of Vitapex to be applied. Methods 490 cases were divided into five groups randomly, group A,B,C and D were experimental groups and Vitapex was used, root canals of the four groups were filled in the folloming ways respectively: group A, once with gutta percha point; group B, once without gutta percha point; group C, twice with gutta percha point; group D, twice without gutta percha point. Yet group E was the control group, root canals were filled with routine material and method.Results One year later, the effective rate of group B was lower than those of other groups significantly (P< 0.05); for cure rate, which of group A and B were both significantly lowe r than those of other three groups (P< 0.05). Conclusions Vitapex is a kind of ideal material for filling root canal, and twice, without gutta percha point is the best way to be applied.
