新型城镇化视阈下农村职业教育的功能导向--基于农民“市民化”视角

On Function orientations of Rural Vocational Education under the Vision of New Urbanization——Based on the Perspective of Farmers Citizenship in City

新型城镇化建设将有力推进我国市民化进程,农民向市民转变,不仅仅是地域上的转变,还包含着价值观念、行为方式、公共规范意识等方面向城市融入。然而,农民在走向市民化的道路上受到制度文化、价值观念、公共生活规范以及自我角色意识等方面因素限制,直接影响到其市民化的有效开展。为扭转这一现状,需要依托新型城镇化建设,明确农村职业教育的功能导向,将对农民的市民化教育贯穿于农村职业教育培训中,在提升转移农民的现代文明素养和市民化能力的同时,还要不断对新市民进行再社会化,进一步巩固市民化成果。

The new urbanization will effectively promote the development process of China’s citizens. The farmers shifting to the citizen, not just the change of geographical aspects, but contains the integration into urban society in values, behavior, public awareness, etc. However, the citizen of farmers was directly limited by institutional culture, values, norms of public life, and self-awareness. Thus, it is necessary to, relying on the construction of new town, to affirm the function orientations of rural vocational education, run citizen education towards farmers through rural vocational education and training, and launch constantly re-socialization towards new citizens to further consolidate the public of the outcome, while improving modern civilization accomplishment and ability of citizen farmers.
