新建本科院校财会专业人才培养模式改革探索——基于三江学院财会专业毕业生供求状况的调研分析

我国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段,但高等院校培养的学生与社会对人才的需求之间存在着较大差距,导致大学毕业生的结构性失业。国内财会专业人才培养的同质化倾向也使得财会毕业生在劳动力市场上的竞争力有下降的趋势。新建本科院校财会专业应分析近年毕业生的就业情况以及用人单位对本科层次财会类专业人才需求情况,定位于应用型人才培养,通过设置"平台+模块"课程体系,强化实践教学体系构建,深化校企合作等措施,实现财会专业人才培养模式改革。
