摘要
运用EFA方法,将广州市属高职院校投入产出变量归纳为具有经验意义的因子,对总产出与总投入进行回归分析,研究高等职业教育投入与产出之间的关系。研究结果显示:现阶段财力投入因子和人力投入因子对高职教育产出的影响具有显著性,与总产出的回归系数均大于0.5,且接近于1;而物力投入因子对高职教育产出的影响很小,处在粗放型增长阶段,物资利用效率有待提高;整体上而言,高等职业教育投入—产出仍未完全达到规模经济的状态。
The variables of input and output in municipal higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou are summarized as having experienced significant factor by using EFA method. To studying on the relationship of input-output in higher vocational education, we carried out regression analysis for total output and total input. The results showed that financial and human resources input factor have a significant effect on educational output in higher vocational education at this stage; with them, the regression coefficients of the total output were greater than 0.5, and close to 1; while material input factor for vocational education, the impact is very small and remain in the extensive growth phase and material utilization efficiency to be improved. Overall speaking, it is not fully achieving the economy of scale.
