摘要
辊压机水泥半终粉磨技术是对辊压机水泥联合粉磨技术的又一次发展和优化,其增产节能效果证明了其相对联合粉磨技术的优越性;三选粉半终粉磨系统更有利于灵活控制辊压机系统和磨机系统的成品质量和比例,进而更有利于控制调节整个系统水泥成品质量;三选粉半终粉磨系统在双选粉系统基础上,进一步优化了辊压机粉磨系统和磨机系统的粉磨功能,进一步提升了系统产量,降低了系统电耗。
Cement semi-finish grinding technology is an another progress and optimization to cement combined grinding technology, and its effects of energy-saving and output increasing have been proven for its superiority compared with other combined grinding systems. Using semi-finish grinding system with three separators will be more favorable to flexibly control the quality and proportion of products from roller press system and mill system, and further more favorable to control and adjust the cement products from the whole grinding system. Based on the two separators system, semi-finish grinding system with three separators has further optimized the grinding function of roller press grinding system and mill system, and has further raised the system output and reduced power consumption of the system.
