妊娠期糖尿病患者血25-羟基维生素D、C-反应蛋白和胱抑素C测定的意义 被引量:7

Significance of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D,C-reactive protein,and cystatin C detection in gestational diabetes mellitus patients

摘要 目的:探讨血25-羟基维生素D、C-反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平与妊娠期糖尿病发生发展的关系。方法:随机选取100例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)和80例妊娠期糖尿病妇女(GDM组)同步测定25-羟基维生素D、C-反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平。结果:GDM组25-羟基维生素D含量(53.07±5.87)nmol/L明显低于对照组(68.29±3.76)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组血清C-反应蛋白水平(10.19±1.61)mg/L明显高于对照组(4.25±1.03)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组血清胱抑素C水平(1.68±0.19)mg/L明显高于对照组(0.74±0.19)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组糖耐量试验1 h血糖异常患者25-羟基维生素D水平(50.00±5.35)nmol/L明显低于血糖正常者(55.46±5.14)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:25-羟基维生素D、C-反应蛋白和胱抑素C的水平变化对于妊娠期糖尿病早期预测和防治有重要的价值,糖耐量试验后1 h血糖升高与25-羟基维生素D水平低下有明显的相关性。 Objective: To explore the relationship between serum 25--hydroxy vitamin D, C-reactive protein, and cystatin C levels and occurrence, development of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) . Methods: One hundred normal pregnant women ( control group) and eighty GDM pregnant women (GDM group) were randomly selected, then serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D, C-reactive protein, and cysta- tin C levels were detected. Results: Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level in GDM group was (53.07±5.87) nmol/L, which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group (68.29±3.76 nmol/L) (P〈0. 05 ) ; serum C-reactive protein level in GDM group was (10. 19±1.61 ) mg/L, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (4. 25±1.03 mg/L) ( P〈0.05 ) ; serum cystatin level in GDM group was (1.68 ±0. 19) mg/L, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (0. 74 ±0. 19 mg/L) (P〈 0. 05) . In GDM group, serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level in patients with abnormal blood glucose level after 1-hour OGTT was (50. 00± 5. 35) nmol/L, which was statistically significantly lower than that in patients with normal blood glucose level after l-hour OGTT (55.46± 5.14 nmol/L) (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion: The changes of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D, C-reactive protein, and cystatin C levels have im- portant value in early prediction, prevention, and treatment of GDM, the increase of blood glucose after 1 -hour OGTT is significantly correla- ted with decrease of 25-hydroxy vitamin D level.
