120例0~6岁儿童血清25-羟基维生素D水平的调查 被引量:8

Investigation on serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels among 120 children aged 0-6 years old

摘要 目的:了解中山小榄地区儿童维生素D的营养状况。方法:选择2013年在广东医学院附属陈星海医院儿童保健科和儿科就诊的0~6岁120例儿童为研究对象,采用高效液相质谱法-串联质谱法进行血清25-(OH)D水平检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:120例儿童25-(OH)D水平为(25.7±7.1)ng/ml,婴儿组25-(OH)D水平(31.3±7.2)ng/ml高于幼儿组的(25.7±6.2)ng/ml,幼儿组高于学龄前组的(22.8±7.1)ng/ml;男性儿童25-(OH)D水平(24.2±7.3)ng/ml低于女性儿童的(28.2±6.1)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。儿童25-(OH)D缺乏率为71.7%,幼儿组与学龄前组血清25-(OH)D缺乏率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但高于婴儿组缺乏率(P〈0.05);男性儿童Vit D缺乏率73.7%与女性儿童68.2%差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:中山小榄地区儿童25-(OH)D缺乏率较高,男性和女性缺乏率无差异,25-(OH)D水平随着儿童年龄增大而下降。 Objective: To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D in children from Xiaolan region in Zhongshan. Methods: A total of 120 children aged 0- 6 years old were selected from Department of Child Health Care and Department of Pediatrics in the hospital in 2013 ; HPLC-MS/MS was used to detect serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, then the results were analyzed statistically, Results: Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level among the 120 children was (25.7±7. 1 ) ng,/nd on average, serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level in infants was (31.3±7.2) ng/ml, which was higher than that in young children (25.7±6. 2 ng/ml) and preschool children (22. 8±7. 1 ng/ml) ; serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level in boys was (24. 2±7. 3) ng/ ml, which was lower than that in girls (28.2±6. 1 ng/ml), there were statistically significant differences (P〈0. 05) . The rate of 25- hydroxy vitamin D deficiency was 71.7%, there was no Statistically significant difference between young children and preschool children (P〉 0. 05 ), but the rates of 25-hydroxy vitamin D deficiency in young children and preschool children were statistically significantly higher than that in infants (P〈0. 05); there was no statistically significant difference in the rate of 25-hydroxy vitamin D deficiency between boys (73.7%) and girls (68. 2% ) (P〉0. 05) . Conclusion: The rate of 25-hydrexy vitamin D deficiency among the children in Xiaolan region is high, but there is no statistically significant difference between boys and girls, serum 25-hydr0xy vitamin D levels decrease with age.
