血凝状态的监测在PPH止血管理中的作用
摘要
产后出血（postpartum haemorrhage PPH）是孕妇生产后发生的过度的失血,一般定义是经产道顺产失血量在24 h内〉500 ml,或者剖宫产后24 h内失血量〉1 000 ml。不同原因所致PPH可能有着共同的病理进程,对凝血异常的测定会为诊断和治疗干预提供重要的信息。
