高迁移率族蛋白 B1在多器官功能障碍综合征中炎症调控作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)作为一个晚期炎症因子参与多器官功能障碍综合征( MODS)的发生与发展,其与RAGE/TLRs受体的结合引发系列信号转导最终激发NF-κB的核内转移引发全身炎症反应综合征( SIRS )为主要机制。本文从HMGB1的几个受体以及其与MODS发生、发展的关系方面就HMGB1在MODS中炎症调控方面的作用做一综述。 As a late inflammatory factor, high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) participates in the occurrence and development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome ( MODS) .HMGB1 binds to RAGE/TLRs receptor, and finally triggers series of signal transduction stimulating nuclear translocation of NF-κB for inflammation falls was the most acceptable mechanism.We make a review of HMGB1 in the regulation of inflammation of MODS, including the receptors of HMGB1 and the relationships between them.
