小骨窗血肿抽吸术与传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗幕上高血压脑出血的临床疗效比较研究

Comparative research of clinical effects between small window craniotomy hematoma suction and traditional craniotomy hematoma evacuation in the treatment of supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的比较并分析小骨窗血肿抽吸术与传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗幕上高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法幕上高血压脑出血患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各50例,对照组采用传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除术,试验组采用小骨窗血肿抽吸术,比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗的总有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗的总有效率为70.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手术时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于幕上高血压脑出血采用小骨窗血肿抽吸术的临床效果较为明显,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical effects between small window craniotomy hematoma suction and traditional craniotomy hematoma evacuation in the treatment of supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided by random number table into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional craniotomy hematoma evacuation, and the experimental group received small window craniotomy hematoma suction. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.00%, and that of the control group was 70.00%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had much less operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of small window craniotomy hematoma suction has precise effect for supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
