VSD技术配合臀大肌肌皮瓣修复骶尾部压疮的临床分析

Clinical analysis of VSD combined with cluteal myocutaneous flap for repairing sacrococcygeal region pressure sores

目的探讨臀大肌肌皮瓣配合负压封闭引流技术(VSD)持续负压引流修复骶尾部压疮的临床效果。方法骶尾部压疮患者38例,依据治疗措施不同分为对照组18例和观察组20例。对照组给予臀大肌肌皮瓣修复治疗,观察组给予VSD技术配合臀大肌肌瓣修复治疗。观察治疗效果。结果观察组骶尾部压疮患者临床治疗的优良率100.0%明显高于对照组77.8%(P<0.05),观察组骶尾部压疮患者压疮Ⅰ期愈合率、感染发生率和住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论臀大肌肌皮瓣配合VSD持续负压引流修复骶尾部压疮压疮Ⅰ期愈合率高,降低了感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate cluteal myocutaneous flap combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） for repairing sacrococcygeal region pressure sores.Methods A total of 38 patients with sacrococcygeal region pressure sores were divided by different treatment measures into control group with 18 cases and observation group with 20 cases. The control group received gluteal myocutaneous flap repair for treatment, and the observation group received VSD along with gluteal myocutaneous flap repair. Curative effects were observed.Results The observation group had much higher good rate as 100.0% in clinical treatment of sacrococcygeal region pressure sores than 77.8% of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the observation group also had better primary healing rate of stage Ⅰ pressure sores, incidence of infection, and hospital stay than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cluteal myocutaneous flap combined with VSD has high primary healing rate in repairing sacrococcygeal region stage Ⅰ pressure sores. It can reduce incidence of infection, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
