氨苯砜治疗类天疱疮及类天疱疮样扁平苔藓

Effect of mucous membrane pemphigoid and lichen planus pemphigoides treated with dapsone

目的 探讨氨苯砜 (Dapsone)治疗类天疱疮及类天疱疮样扁平苔藓的疗效。方法 病例来自门诊 ,类天疱疮 8例 ,男 3例 ,女 5例。经活检 6例 ,病史 10天～ 14年。类天疱样扁平苔藓 4例 ,均为女性 ,病史 3月～ 4年。服用强的松或地塞米松 1片 ,加用氨苯砜 5 0mg ,每日 2片 ,口服。结果 服用 2～ 4月后 ,病情减轻 ,类天疱疮中 2例停药 1年后 ,口腔基本未见起疱。类天疱疮样扁平苔藓中有 2例基本不起疱 ,但仍有扁平苔藓病损。其中有 1例服药 2月后 ,发生贫血 ,经停药及服用福乃得后 ,血色素及红细胞恢复到用药前水平。结论 氨苯砜做为辅助用药 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mucous membrane pemphigoid and lichen planus pemphigoid and lichen planus pemphigoides treated with dapsone. Methods Eight cases of pemphigoid were 3 males and 5 females .Medical history was 10 days～14 years. Four cases of lichen planus pemphigoides were female. Medical history was 3 months～4 years .One tablet of prednisone or dexamethasone and 50 mg dapsone were taken bid orally . Results After treated 2~4 months ,the condition got better .Two patients with pemphigoid had no vesicle in the mouth mucosa after ceasing to take dapsone about one year .Two patients with pemphigoid had mo vesicle in the mouth mucosa after ceasing to take dapsone about one year,Two patients with licheu planus pemphigoid did not have vesicle but licheu planus lesion was present .One patient suffered from anemin after taking dapsone two months.After ceasing to take dapsone and take FuN-ai-De,the hemoglobin and erythrocyte eleveted to normal level . Conclusion Dapsone as an assistant medicine ,is effective in the treatment of pemphigoid and lichen planus pemphigoides .
