摘要
基于带蒸汽热压缩器的低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置(LT-TVC-MED)工作原理,分析了抽真空系统不凝结性气体来源、不凝结性气体对蒸发器传热的影响、论述了抽真空系统设计技术要求及设计计算方法,通过工程计算验证,表明本计算方法对于工程应用是可行的。
Based on the operating principles of the low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination equipment with the thermal vapor compressor (LT-TVC-MED), the sources of non-condensable gas in the air-extracting system and the effect of non-condensable gas on heat transfer were analyzed, air-extracting system technical requirements and design calculation method were discussed. Engineering calculation verified that the calculation method was feasible for engineering applications.
