对比分析两种护理模式在手术室护理中的应用效果

Comparison of effects of routine nursing and comfort nursing in operation room

目的 比较常规护理和舒适护理两种护理模式在手术室护理中的应用效果.方法 选取郑州大学第一附属医院外科2013年1月至2013年12月收治的手术患者80例,将所有患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用舒适护理模式,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 对照组术中、术后收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）和心率（HR）指标明显高于术前（P＜0.05）,而观察组术中SBP、DBP和HR未见明显变化（P＞0.05）.观察组护理满意度为95.0％,明显高于对照组的72.5％ （P ＜0.05）.结论 与常规护理相比,舒适护理在手术室护理中的应用可更好地维持患者术中生命体征稳定,提高护理满意度.

Objective To compare the results of two kinds of nursing mode in the operating room：the routine care and comfort care.Methods Eighty patients who were conducted surgeries in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission treated 80 cases（40 in each）.The control group received routine care and and the observation group received comfort care.The effects were compared.Results The SBP,DBP,and HR levels increased significantly over and after operation in control group （P 〈 0.05）.but the indicators of observation group had no significant change （P 〉 0.05）.The satisfaction in observation group was 95.0%,which was much higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Compared with usual care,comfort care in the operating room can improve nursing satisfaction and keep patients＆#39; life signs stable.
