预防性护理对老年呼吸内科感染控制的效果

Effect of preventive care on the infection control of elderly respiratory infection

目的 观察预防性护理对老年呼吸内科感染控制的效果.方法 选取2012年8月至2013年12月160例老年呼吸内科患者为研究对象,按照是否感染均分为对照组（未感染组）与实验组（感染组）各80例.回顾性分析其临床资料,分析感染危险因素,同时实施相应的预防护理对策,观察预防性护理前后感染控制情况,并作统计学分析.结果 对于老年呼吸内科感染患者而言,年龄、气管插管、导尿管留置、住院时间、气管切开、机械通气与使用抗生素均为高危因素（P＜0.05）;实施预防性护理后,实验组患者护理质量评分、感染发生率以及护理满意度均有显著改善,与预防性护理前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对于老年呼吸内科感染患者而言,预防性护理模式有利于控制其感染危险因素,降低感染发生率,为患者身心健康提供有效保障.

Objective To observe the effect of preventive care on the infection control of elderly respiratory infection.Methods From August 2012 to December 2013,160 elderly patients with respiratory disease,were divided into the control group（uninfected group） and the experimental group（infection group） according to the fact of whether got infection or not with 80 cases in each group.The clinical data and the infection risk factors were retrospectively analyzed.Appropriate preventive care measures were implemented,and infection control situation was observed before and after preventive care.Results For elderly patients with infections in respiratory medicine department,the age,endotracheal intubation,catheterization,length of stay,tracheostomy,mechanical ventilation and the use of antibiotics were the risk factors （P 〈 0.05） ; After the implementation of preventive care,Care quality rating,the incidence of infection and nursing satisfaction significantly improved in the experimental group,and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions For elderly patients with infections in respiratory medicine department,preventive care model helps to control the risk factors of infection,reduce the incidence of infection,and provide effective protection for patients health.
