人性化护理干预及常规护理在急性心肌梗死内科治疗中的效果 被引量:27

Comparison of humanistic care and conventional care in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的 探讨人性化护理应用于急性心肌梗死心血管内科治疗的效果及可行性.方法 回顾性分析2011年7月至2013年7月河南能源焦作煤业集团中央医院心血管内科急诊收治的82例老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,参照数字对比法分为实验组和对照组.对照组按照传统的心肌梗死临床护理模式实施护理,观察组在此基础上融入人性化护理内容,观察两组患者护理干预后胸痛改善情况,并对两组护理满意度进行调查比较.结果 观察组护理干预后血栓再通率为95.1%,远高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组护理满意度为97.5%,对照组为79.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人性化护理干预以“患者为中心”,能对急性心肌梗死患者不良心理状态起到积极干预作用,进而改善胸痛状况,提高护理满意度. Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of humanistic care in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in terms of 82 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted in the hospital from July 2011 to-July 2013.The cases were divided into experimental group and control group according to figure contrast.The control group was conducted conventional nursing and the experimental group was given humanistic care besides the conventional care.The chest pain relief after care and the satisfaction were assessed.Results The pain relief rate of experimental group was 95.1%,which was higher than that of control group(80.5%).The difference was significant (P 〈 0.05).The difference of satisfaction rate was also significant (P 〈 0.05),which was 97.5% in observation group in comparison with 79.7% in control group.Conclusions Humanistic care focuses on the patient and it can effectively promote the negative emotion and mind state of people with acute myocardial infarction,and thus contribute to the revascularization of thrombus,improving nursing satisfaction.
