小儿川崎病整体护理干预

Overall care and intervention of children with Kawasaki disease

目的 对小儿川崎病的整体护理干预进行研究.方法 对2012年4月至2013年9月于大同市第一人民医院进行治疗的40例小儿川崎病患者的治疗情况进行回顾性分析,针对小儿在得病过程中身体出现的各种症状以及体征等提出相应的护理问题,并且实施一系列护理措施.同时对患者以及患者家属进行一定的健康心理指导.结果 经过住院期间细心的治疗以及护理,40例小儿川崎病患者中治愈36例,好转4例.结论 在对小儿川崎病进行治疗的过程中实行合理有效的护理工作可以明显缩短病程,有效地提高治愈率.

Objective To investigate the overall care and intervention of children with Kawasaki ＇disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in terms of 40 children who received treatment in the First People＇ s Hospital of Datomg from April 2012 to September 2013.As to the a variety of symptoms and signs of the sick children,some nursing issues were proposed and implementations were conducted.Meanwhile the patients and their families were trained with mental health guidance.Results Among the 40 children with disease,36 cases were cured and the rest who had not recovered completely improved a lot.Conclusions Reasonable and effective care and intervention can significantly shorten the course and enhance the cure rate.
