摘要
针对XJ700DB网电修井机主要存在的无法使用井口变压器直接供电及系统能量浪费2个问题,研发了采用超级电容储能技术的新型网电修井机。该修井机采用井场抽油机变压器供电,将辅助作业工序中变压器的富余容量和下钻过程中管(杆)柱势能转化成的电能储存在电容器中,在起钻作业时协同变压器驱动大钩上行。现场应用结果表明,与柴油机驱动的通井机或修井机相比,新型网电修井机节能超过40%,并减轻了司钻劳动强度;采用抽油机变压器供电,避免了作业前后的高压接入和拆除,缩短了作业准备时间。
To address the main issues of the XJ700DB workover rig, the grid powered workover rig integrated the super capacitor energy storage technology is developed. The workover rig is powered by the transformer which is used for the field pumping units. The surplus capacity of the transformer during auxiliary operation and the electrical energy converted by potential energy of pipe string during tripping in are stored in the capacitor. Then, the capacitor assists the transformer to drive the hook upward. Field application shows that, compared with diesel driven hoist or workover rig, a remarkable over 40% energy saving could be achieved, and the labor intensity of driller has been reduced. The workover rig with super capacitor is powered by the transformer for pumping units, which eliminates the necessity of access and demolition of high voltage wire, shortening the operation prepare times.
