探讨棉纺企业节能降耗的措施。阐述了节能降耗对棉纺企业竞争力的重要性,从技术措施和管理措施两个方面,通过运用先进技术、加强技术改造、实施工艺优化和管理体系等措施和手段,可实现节能降耗之目标。认为:各企业应结合自身条件,与时俱进,在新厂设计、技术改造、企业管理中,自觉采用先进节能技术措施和管理措施,并使其落到实处,才能使企业能耗成本不断下降。

Measures to save energy and reduce consumption in cotton millwere discussed. The importance of saving energy and reducing consumption to competitiveness of cotton millwas explained. The objective of energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved by taking measures and means of using advance technology, strengthening technology modification, implementing process optimization and management system and so on from two aspects of technology measures and management measures. It is considered that each enterprise should keep advance with the times, combine with their own conditions. Advanced energy saving technology measures and management measures should be adopted consciously during the new plant design, technology modification and enterprise management. Through implementingthe above measures the energy cost of enterprise can be con- tinuously reduced.
