摘要
探讨纺织企业使用无油螺杆空气压缩机的节能改造效果。通过介绍某纺织企业空压站改造前后的运行情况,分析改造后压缩系统、水路循环系统和备用系统的工作流程,以ZR5型空气压缩机为例,介绍了其运行参数,通过计算确定其改造后的设备选型;计算分析了改造后的经济性。结果表明:改造后的余热回收可给企业提供所需热水,改造方案投资回收期约10个月。认为:改造后,不仅可以节约大量能源,而且回收周期短,效果较好。
Energy saving modification effect of textile mill using oil-free screw air compressor was discussed. Through introducing running condition before and after transformation of air compression station in one textile mill, workflow of compression system, water way system and back-up system after transformation were analyzed. ZR5 air compressor was taken as an example,its running parameters were introduced. Equipment selection after modification was confirmed by calculation. Economy after modification were calculated and analyzed. The results show that waste heat recovery after modificationcan be used to provide hot water in company. Paybaek period of modification scheme is about 10 months. It is considered that a large quantity of energy after modification can be saved,payback period is shorter and modificationeffect is better.
