混纺比对丝维尔与莱赛尔混纺纱强伸性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探讨混纺比对丝维尔与莱赛尔混纺纱强伸性能的影响。运用混纺纱强度预测理论预测混纺纱强力,并对不同混纺比的混纺纱进行了拉伸性能试验,分析了混纺比与纱线强度之间的关系。结果表明:用理论模型预测的混纺纱强力变化曲线与实际测试曲线基本相符;混纺纱的断裂强度随着丝维尔纤维含量的增加而呈现逐渐降低的趋势,当丝维尔纤维的含量达到80%左右时,混纺纱线的断裂强度达到最低值。认为,实际生产中,可根据混纺比对强伸性能的影响规律,从调温要求和混纺纱的强度综合考虑,合理选用混纺比,混纺纱中丝维尔纤维的含量控制在50%左右比较适宜。 Influence of blending ratio on strength & elongation of Siwear and Lyocell blended yarn was dis- cussed. Blended yarn intensity prediction theory was used to predict blended yarn strength. Tensile properties of blended yarn with different blended ratios were tested. The relationship between blending ratio and yarn strength was analyzed. The results show that blended yarn strength curve predicted by theoretical model is basically corre- sponded with actual test curve. Breaking strength of blended yarn shows the trend of gradual decrease as the in- crease of Siwear fiber content. When the Siwear fiber content is around 80 %0, breaking strength of blended yarn is the smallest. It is considered that blending ratio should be reasonably selected during practical production accord- ing to the effect principle of blending ratio on strength & elongation property comprehensive consideration about temperature adjustment demand and blended yarn strength. It is better when Siwear fiber content in blended yarn is controlled around 500%
