探讨精梳棉/汉麻70/30 7.4tex混纺纱的开发生产。介绍了汉麻纤维的性能、分梳及预处理方法、原料选配、纺纱工艺流程。通过对纺纱各工序工艺优化配置,顺利纺制出精梳棉/汉麻70/30 7.4tex混纺纱,产品质量符合开发要求。认为:通过分梳和预处理可有效改善汉麻纤维的可纺性,通过采取有关工艺技术措施可纺制出满足织造要求的精梳棉汉麻混纺纱。

Development and production of combed cotton/hemp fiber 70/30 7.4 rex blended yarn were dis- cussed. Properties of hemp fiber,carding and pre-treatment methods, raw material selection and spinning process were introduced. Through the optimization configuration of each process in spinning, combed cotton/hemp 70/30 7.4 tex blended yarn is successfully spun, yarn quality can be satisfied the development demand. It is considered that spinnability of hemp fiber can be effectively improved by carding and pre-treatment. Combed cotton hemp blended yarn satisfyin~ weaving demand can be spun by adopting relative technology measures.
