Modification Practice of Domestic Condensed Spinning

探讨国产集聚纺改造的途径和效果。分析了集聚纺的特点和技术优势,通过设备选型试验,选择了适宜的国产集聚纺改造装置,对改造后的纺纱质量、断头率、能耗、织机效率等进行了对比分析,说明改造获得了良好的效果,并采用赛络集聚纺工艺使纺纱效果得到进一步的提升。认为,采用集聚纺以及赛络集聚纺技术是提升普通环锭纱成纱质量和纺纱效果的一条有效途径。企业应从品种结构、产品定位以及管理工作实际出发,选择适宜的改造机型和专件配置,并建立与新型纺纱技术应用相适应的管理工作模式,从而获得较好的改造效果。

Modification approach and effect of domestic condensed spinning were discussed. Properties and technology advantages of condensed spinning were analyzed. Through equipment selection experiment, suitable do- mestic condensed spinning modification devices were chosen. Yarn quality, broken ends, energy consumption, loom efficiency after modification were compared and analyzed. It was shown that the modification effect is better. Spin- ning effect is further improved by adopting siro condensed spinning process. It is considered that using condensed spinning and siro condensed spinning technology is an efficient way to improve common ring spun yarn quality. Company should select reasonably modification type and special configuration, starting from the actual situation of variety structure, product positioning and management. Management mode suitable with new type spinning tech- nology should be built to obtain better modification effect.
