摘要
在黄粉虫甲壳素提取过程中用醋酸代替传统工艺中的盐酸做去灰分处理,设计单因素试验,选取醋酸浓度、固液比、处理时间3个自变量的适合水平,利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对醋酸去除灰分效果的影响。结果表明,在常温下,当醋酸浓度为17%、固液比为1∶43(g/m L)、处理时间为9 h时,灰分含量为0.29%±0.01%,能达到食品级产品的要求。
Instead of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid was used to get rid of ash during extract chitin from Tenebrio molitor. Based on single factor of investigations, three appropriate level of extraction parameters including the concentration of acetic acid, the ratio of solid to liquid and the time were optimized by using Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface analysis theory, the interaction of the respective variables and their influence were studied Its result indicates that, at normal temperature, the concentration of acetic acid was 17%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 43 (g/mL), the time was 9 h, the ash of the chitin would be 0.29%±0.01% and the chitin would be in the food grade.
