摘要
核桃机械化加工是我国核桃生产业面临的急需解决的重要问题,而核桃破壳是核桃加工生产中重要的一步。介绍国内外核桃生产加工情况及设备现状,分析几种典型核桃破壳设备的结构特点及工作原理。对核桃破壳设备的研究方向提出了看法。
Walnut mechanized processing is an important problem in our country walnut industry urgent. The walnut shell breaking is an important step in walnut processing. Therefore, introduce the domestic and foreign research status of walnut shell breaking equipments. Analyze the slructttre characteristics and working principle of several typical walnut shell breaking equipments. Propose own points view about the research on the future direction of walnut shell breaking equipments.
