摘要
建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAA)测定鸡肉样品中金属铬含量的分析方法。通过对湿式消解和微波消解前处理方法比较,确定最佳灰化、原子化温度试验条件,选择0.25%磷酸二氢铵溶液作为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中铬含量。在0~40μg/L的线性范围内,该方法所得铬的回归方程为y=0.031x+0.002 5,相关系数r=0.999 8。检出限为0.053 mg/kg,平均加标回收率在92.0%~96.3%之间,RSD在2.49%~3.05%之间。方法操作简单快速、具有很高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于鸡肉样品中金属铬含量的测定。
A method was developed for the determination of chromium content in chicken samples by graphite fumace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAA). Through the comparison of the pretreatment method of wet digestion and microwave digestion, choosed the optimal ashing temperature, atomization experiment conditions, 0.25% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as matrix modifier, determined chromium content in the samples by GFAA. In the linear range of 0-40 μg/L, the regression equation obtained with the method of chromium is y=0.03 lx+0.002 5, correlation coefficient r=0.999 8. The detection limit was 0.053 mg/kg, the average recovery rate was 92.0%~96.3%, RSD was 2.49%~3.05%.
