The paper elaborates the transformation of intelligent information system under the background of cloud computing. First, the research course and status of intelligent information system are analyzed, and the existing issues of intelligent information system are listed. Then trust is introduced into the system, and calculation of trust degree is presented in the paper. Finally, the new development strategy of intelligent information system is provided.
