摘要
在SI模型的基础上,通过比较SI模型系统构成和传播过程与质量安全信息扩散模型的相似性,构建了质量安全信息扩散模型。对SI模型中λ、μ是固定值的缺陷进行了改进,将模型中λ、μ的数值定义为关于时间t的分段函数,通过Matlab仿真计算,对不同模式以及不同公众关注度的质量安全信息扩散过程进行了模拟,分析得到了质量安全信息的扩散规律。针对云南米线存在的食品安全隐患,通过预测食品安全事件发生的整个信息扩散过程,预测t时刻高峰期的到来,从而决策部门可以在高峰期之前采取相关对策,避免引发社会恐慌。
Firstly, based on SI model, this paper builds the diffusion model of quality and safety information by comparing the similarity between system components as well as propagation of SI model and the diffusion model of quality and safety in- formation. Secondly, in order to analyze and get the diffusion law of quality and safety information, this paper improves the defect that ~. and I-~ are fixed value in the SI model as well as simulates diffusion process of the different modes and different public attention by the simulation calculation of Matlab. Finally, for the existence of security risks of Yunnan rice noodle, decision - making departments can take corresponding measures before the coming of peak period by forecasting the entire information diffusion process when food safety incidents will happen and the arrival of the peak period of the time t.
