我国不同所有制经济资本配置效率差异分析

Empirical Analysis of Differences in Efficiency of Capital Distribution of All Forms of Ownership Economy in China

实证分析结果显示:私营、国有与外资企业资本配置效率存在显著差异;私营经济资本配置效率最高、外资次之、国有经济缺乏效率;各种所有制经济自主投资水平较高的省份多集中在经济欠发达地区,其基本原因指向政府干预。本文根据实证研究结论,结合我国国企比重较高、市场发育成熟度普遍较低的现状,提出相关建议。

Results of empirical analysis show that： great differernces exist in capital distribution among the private econo- my, state-owned economy and foreign economy; the efficiency of capital distribution in private economy comes the first, then follows the foreign economy, while state-owned economy lacks efficiency; the independent investment level of all forms of owner- ship economy is comparatively high in the provinces of under-developed areas because of government intervention. Taking high proportion of state-owned enterprises and immature market into consideration, suggestions are proposed according to the results of empirical research.
