专利信息与科研活动密不可分。专利情报服务已经成为科研活动不可或缺的组成部分。高校图书馆服务于高校的教学和科研,有责任为科研人员提供专利情报支持和专利技术方案等专利情报服务。本文基于对高等院校科研流程中不同阶段科技活动特征和专利情报需求的梳理,探讨了高校图书馆面向科研全过程的专利情报服务工作。

Patent information is closely connected with scientific research. Patent intelligence service has become an integral part of scientific research activities. University library has the responsibility to provide patent intelligence support and scheme of patent technology for scientific research person- nel. Based on the analysis of scientific research proceas＇s characteristics and patent information demands among the different stages, this paper discusses the university library＇s patent intelligence service oriented to the whole process of scientific research.
